but if understand correctly the last post of Sawys in R4 thread (and his post on mamescore) this is a classical knock-out round and no an h2h one? if so i think this is a bad choice :( i prefer the other formula even if you meet TRB on a SF game :roll:

No, you don't get more than 6 stages if you fail to pass it with the shield. You just get a maximum of 6 stages. Sorry, Nanni.
Ok then you can take shield on fire bridge and optimize time :)

3. If one clears stage 6 using a weapon other than the shield... what does that count as? The game sends you back to stage 5. Have you truly "cleared" stage 6 if it hasn't given you access to the next stage? Or are you guys going to count clearing stage 6 with any weapon other than the shield as a ...

When playbacking: Press f11 to see framecount (frameskipping doesn't seem to have effect). See how many frames your recording had (from start to last stage finished?). Divide that frame number by 60 to get seconds played. (Do we really need this?) Perhaps no need for framecounting on early submissi...
