Thank god we didn't have Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp around. That's insanely difficult.) I played the game with Daphne emulator. Sequenses are very long, but I thought it's not so hard. Moves make more sense than at DL1 many times...Was able to get quite deep into game with few tries, just followin...

Biggest money-eaters for me: Dragon's Lair Space Ace (kept feeding money to these until I completed them both. Thank god we didn't have Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp around. That's insanely difficult.) Xevious Pole Position I & II Baby Pacman Track & Field (1-rounder) Hyper Sports Star Wars (u...

I take it back, Raiden Fighers 2000 is awesome.

And it plays really well on my AMD 1300.

I haven't figured out how to set ClrMAME Pro to change the filenames and fix the dumps yet. I've tried for ages though. I know, I'm a computer.illiterate idiot, I can just play the games. :)

I always redownload everything or manually rename the files.

What's so special about Raiden Fighters? The original Raiden game doesn't impress me that much. Xevious is much older and it's much better game (imo). Personally, I'd take any of those Psikyo shooters over Raiden any day. I have never played Raiden Fighters though, maybe it's better?

Hey, I have very strange question about Congo Bongo / Tip Top. The arcade version I played in my hometown (it was Tip Top) had a strange "cheat" in the second level. When you walked left and then moved joystick backwards until you got your character disappearing to the left corner of the s...

Hi, just popping in. I read many threads here and this seemed very interesting. I'm a MAME / arcade games freak and to me Gravitar has always been the ultimate players' game. Sort of "thinking man's Asteroids". It has so much more depth and sheer playability than ANY of the 80's video game...
