Seriously though 678,000 on the keyboard is really good. I don't find the buttons on the keyboard as responsive though. If someone can get to wave 58 or higher with good points
then one million is reachable.

Yes, I'm guessing any score doing that technique wouldn't be accepted just as regular Joust isn't Nor should it be, in my opinion. Those who are really expert at the game shouldn't have their scores bumped just because I encountered a glitch that might be MAME related and not possible in the arcade...

It had something to do with the samples. I deleted all my sample files and now mame3260 plays back Wizard of Wor fine.
