Saying records for certain games are more important than the rest is retarded. I think every high score is in and of itslef important. But maybe important was the wrong word to use. Maybe prestigious would be better. Some games were wildly popular and obtained more mass market notoriety and appeal....

After a couple of comments like this I will agree that a bonus point each day awarded to the highest score thus far would be a better idea. This would encourage early play, but not penalize those who cannot play every day so severely, and would make the administrator's job much easier. But I still ...

It's a very subjective call then whether they are leeching or not. I draw the line just like its quoted in the rules. If the game has no special rules then the leeching becomes excessive if points can be gained in such a way that it becomes indefinate with little or no risk of dying. So if I stick ...

On start round judge must write how game will be played, not in next day or middle round: 1. Points 2. Stages 3. If somebody find leeching method then this must be stay. Can't change rules or counting system for it. 1. ok 2. ok 3. leeching should be banned altogether, any submission with leeching s...

I think I agree with Destructor here. 4 days in. Usually the first few days of a new round doesn't get much play. Mostly I think, because players are tired from the previous round. I think its an excellent idea to get players to submit earlier, however..... Players like Destructor, BBH and Rick who'...

I did use an interesting method to get a good combo on level one but as far as Im aware I didn't use a method to kill all robots without taking a shot. Ill have to look at my input again and see if I can see what you're talking about. Do you record your inp? :) Not kill ALL robots without shot but ...

I uploaded with 2 hours left in round. I checked just after the deadline and no one had beaten my score. Then a half an hour later I see that Des uploaded on Nov 1st. Since the Marp clock is always right Im assuming his submission is DQed. Am I right? I did use an interesting method to get a good co...

You cannot continuously gain points without some degree of risk and you must keep moving to complete a level. (Quote from the marp rules page)

Starting to regret that I got involved in this. Ive been pretty reserved throughout this tourney but this "blasted" round has sent me over the edge I think. So I apologize for flaming both Wuz and Destructor who are both great players. I truly wish I could see your point of view and accept...

I appreciate the compliment, I think :? , even through your blind rage. I didn't even know wcc was going on until the last day of blockout so that sucked. No submission for pushman as I was in Atlanta all that week...WORKING I do accept being beat, I have no problem being beat FAIRLY. 1 vs 1 vs 1......

Hmm look at the game again Wuz and look in Regualtion play. Seems to me the technique is banned now. Thats your inp on the link there. And "no" I didn't use that technique. If I leeched too why was my score confirmed, why hasn't Des's been confirmed? Or yours? We are having this discussion...
