So what about Perfect? Each perfect is W(round won)=2 or W=1?

In the last case,score will be lower,so there's something to do about it?

Sorry,i'm a bit confused,i need more explanations; What does this means: T = total time in centiseconds for last match won (not time when game over, because in case of inputs with same rounds scores, it would advantage the fastest loss i.e. the worst play) What does I have to write about time?
