I was using samplerate 44100, samplebits 8... I tried that too, and AGAIN it loses sync on Stage 3.

and Barry just said on IRC that it's breaking in the same spot for him too. What else could it be that we're missing? :?

Re: Novice@Team2ch rocks!

Awesome uploads! Keep up the great work. You guys are definitely the leaders in this board. I can't wait to see that shock troopers upload i heard about with the score maxed out and cleared! Amazing. You know, just when I think it's impossible for you to be any more of a fucking twat, you go and pr...

Uhhhhhhhhh.... no

There are plenty of Neo-Geo games that playback just fine even when the dates don't match.

To Hisa (and Team2ch)

since I don't want to abuse my editor superpowers on a decription, I may as well just post here. Hisa, you seem to have missed the point of my comment. Your team is made up of 38 (and counting?) members. If you have that many people uploading, OF COURSE they're going to surpass one person who's uplo...

EHM, I was nearly forgetting that: I did see BBH complete inp few weeks ago (892,100 pts) but I don't know if I can "confirm" scores as others do (I don't have any speed checker or whatever) Okay, so my recording did playback correctly for you? That's a relief... perhaps it only works wit...

well, it looks like my first place score, recorded with m35b4, doesn't playback either... no wonder it was unconfirmed for three years. I could have sworn I played it back successfully before, but it doesn't work now. So I think the issue now is, perhaps playback only works in certain version...

there was no NVRAM in that version. as for playing it back, we never did figure out what the deal was with it... sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. play it back without sound, if it loses sync, try it again. For the record, my score WAS confirmed during T5, but hasn't been confirmed on regula...

avatar problem

I tried to upload a different avatar, but it gave some sort of error message saying it couldn't create it... I can't remember if I deleted my old one in the profile or not. Either way, I deleted it out now but it still won't let me upload anything else. :o

yup, same thing here. :( I think Barry said something about it not locking up on certain versions of MAME, but it happened to me on both DOS and MAME32.

Okay, for anyone interested, I've made an .inp showing the Playchoice-10 Rygar from start to finish. Surprisingly, it only took an hour to do... I've always remembered the game as being longer than that. Go figure. Anyway, since the game hasn't been archived yet, I've decided not to upload it to MAR...
