De-syncs part-way and plays back to 117400 consistently in DOS 0.36b1 and 0.36b2 with/without sound. I don't have any early 0.36 win builds but MAME32 0.36b5 plays this back to 99K.

Purely by accident, I got this to playback in DOS 0.35.
