Sorry for late answer, I was at a wedding yesterday : dancing, drinking, and coma all the sunday

Feel free to use any secure version : pick any wolf you want, or even alphamame if game is more playable with old versions.

Concerning old scores :
M36b13 is the last version of toobin with easiest setting, after medium difficulty became default.
(when the start up screen come up, press F2 to get the setup menu, press 1 & 2 at same time to bypass the first step of menu)

Now what to do with old scores on Marp ?

For WCC, I cancel 5 pts for beating Andie Hofle score, and report them for finishing the game.
In clear, special bonus points now is 10 pts for the first to finish the game

Looks like I need to submit an updated INP for Toobin after all this time. :D
I tried installing wolfmame 101, but it does not run for some reason. I get 'unable to initialize' or some error when I try to run it. I also tried the mame32 executable it came with, but that won't even start up at all either (double click it and nothing happens, ie the main window never appears). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Andy! I'm not quite sure what you mean that you couldn't get Wolf101 running. Have you update the Toobin roms, yet! The old roms won't work after M36.b14 (I think!)

Would love to see your Toobin's replay, again! :)

Hi there, yes I have the latest roms. In fact, I played and recorded standard mame32 v104 last night and had no problems. But I can't get wolfmame to run at all. I may have to just redo the recording with standard mame32 v104. Is there another version of mame out there that's considered 'secure' for recordings?

If you are using Win9x/Me, then you'll need unicows.dll which provides limited Unicode functionality under those OSes.

That must be it (running Win98SE). I'll try that when I get home.
Thanks!

Welcome back Andy. Looking forward to seeing your Toobin replays, I never got round to trying to get the old one to playback.

Well dammit. Had a 2.8 million game last night with wolfmame32 101, but the damn thing didn't record. I'm fairly sure I selected 'record and play' in the GUI, but I'm getting old and senile so maybe I didn't LOL. Are there any issues with wolfmame32 not saving recordings? Oh well, I should be able to beat that score (had a lot of bad breaks that game). Should have something submitted soon.

If you don't have inp folder your inp file should be in My Documents.
