As I wrote in the "2006 Changes" thread, and in the results announcement above, I will not be using the Megaball number as it is chosen from 1 to 46, while the other balls are 1 to 56.

I will be using the first regular ball drawn which is assigned to one of the players.

I have not announced this winner yet because the video of the drawing has not been posted yet, and the Texas Lottery page which is the only one that lists the order of the ball drawn happens to show the drawn order the same as the numerical order. Of course there is always a 1 in 120 that this will happen, but I wanted to be sure before I announce it. If the order shown of the Texas Lottery page is correct, the first ball was 13, and Don Hayes would be the winner.

I'd like to see the video before I make it official.

I wonder why the MARP's nick is on ABC order instead of ranking on random drawing this week. I don't see where the rules based on players' nick or ranking on random drawing or whatever.

I will take the eligible submitters, alot evenly the numbers 1 to 56 among them in order of the alphabetic precedence of their MARP user name, and the mega ball number will choose the random prize winner. If the number of eligible players is not evenly divisible into 56, the remainder will be unassigned. If the mega ball number is unassigned, I will use the regular ball numbers, in order drawn, until a winner is determined.

I made a mistake after Galaxian, tacking des on at the end rather than inserting him between NotMan and Beejay.
