there's a high score table with initials but you can't enter initials unless you beat the game

If you move up the screen until approx. 2,1 floorbricks are visible, you'll be "wushed" up the high wall (perhaps you have to press jump or action button).
Just found out last night! :)

Heh, a double KO 1CC :o (and yes, I know you can feel when that happens since it happened in two different recorded games to me so far)

And, anyway, you will like my following statement:

Sword collisions are actually due of a MAME bug, on which I've discovered and fixed yesterday night -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xt9bzBjvsdM

We shouldn't try to influence the organizers. Despite of the date (1996) Bubble Memories it could be considered as a classic game and not a modern game. Furthermore, it's sure the third game has already been decided several weeks ago. In fact, I suppose that all the games in K8 were chosen previously.
I only expect a funny game, not a boring or bizarre game.

In terms of Mame its a fairly new and without a doubt post-Golden Age, unless you were born that year, haha. It only makes sense to include a classic to have a nice variety of games to play in the first round. 1996, 1990, .....1984 maybe???? That would fit the pattern of new to old. Maybe the games are already in stone or maybe the coordinators' like living on the edge. Either way I got a good feeling about this last one.

I wasnt trying to influence anyone, just showing a little enthusiasm. Im sure my obviously, candid post isnt going to change the scope of this round. So all you classic haters just relax.

Heh, I don't hate classic games, at all. Matter of fact, I've actually *emulated* more classic games / systems than words in your last post :P

It's just that I'm finding ironic your suggestions, that's it. No offense intended, but it's already hard to convince somebody with vis-à-vis talking, and typing stuff on a forum can't be any better.
