The #1 recording uses free play, or a mode where you can choose any game you want, though most of the recordings are using all games (where different games come up one by one and you have to play those.)

This game should either be split or access denied to free play... what do you say john?

Select Play doesn't need a split, but shouldn't be banned either. Just as long as the player doesn't pick a game more than once, because you too can reach the maximum score by playing a game that you're very good at the entire game.

You mean "Select Play".

In "Normal Play" you play the 19 games in order.

I would advocate a special rule requiring Normal Play. If the individual games were popular enough and the scores not readily maximized there could be splits made to accommodate them.

I have emailed mjh to invite him to participate in this discussion.

Other opinions?
