Not wanting to be too pedantic but...

Post by mahlemiut »

...why is the tile matching game in Multi Champ Deluxe called "Mahjong"? It's not mahjong, rather it seems to be Shanghai-like. Not to mention that there aren't any mahjong tiles to be seen.

...and can't they come up with their own damn music, either? :)

I suggested Mahjong to Pat when I asked him to split it, because Donut wrote that in his first tetris description. I knew it wasn't Mahjong, I just couldn't think of the right name :)

Feel free to change it Pat.

OK, we've settled on a name...

mchampdx-mj -> mchampdx-sh "Multi Champ Deluxe [Mahjong]" -> "Multi Champ Deluxe [Shanghai]"

Go into service mode (F2), push F2 to move arrow to "Game Difficulty", push 9 key, you'll see the 6 game names I used.

It still has nothing to do with Mahjong. Bad Korea, Bad! :)

But still, given that is what its called in game, I think you've got to go with the Mahjong name instead on Shanghai
