Reviewing pc_dbldr, the scoring seems needlessly complicated. at present:
SCORING :
At the beginning of the game, keep "time = 5 minutes" : you'll play a match with 4 periods of 5 minutes each.
Then choose skill of your opponent (level 1 or 2 or 3).
Score = (points for)x10 - (points against)
If you win the match : bonus = 1000xlevel choosen
Examples :
Win level 1 with 71/46 = 1000+710-46 =1664
Win level 3 with 50/46 = 3000+500-46 = 3454
Lost (any level) with 50/72 = 500-72 = 428
i'd propose changing this to fall more in line with regular sports scoring rules.
current time settings are fine.
eliminate skill level choice. force level 3 (hardest) since players can already clearly win by large margins on this hardest of levels. that gets rid of the level x 1000 scoring.
losses would not be allowed for submission (really, who wants to see that garbage anyway?)
total player score would then simply be 'points for minus points against', no multiplication or anything else, with the game score required in the description field.
cheers,
QCN

points difference should be used and hardest enforced sounds like a good idea, Kale's score will be eliminated but scoring will be easier.
