Fantasy Zone - Time Attack version

fantzoneta is a special version of Fantasy Zone where there's no scoring system but instead, it has a speedrun-like timer (including splits for every base or boss killed etc.).
I guess it can be scored just like a racing game, i.e. treat every boss killed/stage cleared as checkpoint and subtract time with milliseconds base.
So that the attached inp (cleared with 10'15"68 as time) should be:
