not use reflect force at stage 7. (+40,000x 50M=2T+)
I don't understand. I thought reflected bullets are also worth points. What am I missing?
It was my understanding that normal shots were worth 10xMULTIPLIER per hit, and Reflected fire was worth 100xMULTIPLIER per hit.

Please clarify. Does simply using normal fire kill the final boss quicker? One would think that maintaining a steady rate of fire on the enemy, and hovering overhead while reflecting (esp. when the little bastard starts bulletspamming in all directions) would not only bring it down quicker, but would also give ya those little extra points thanks to the Reflected Fire point value..

I have checked my video today.
most of Barn's play is reasonable.
only one point. the boss escaping (7.0 million at that time. barn's 6.94M is not bad!)
hit more reflect bullets.
do not hear me how to do. I do not play shtok's fighter.

and reflect burret is much stronger than normal bullet.
check it out by yourself (using invincible cheat to test).
to defeat #7 boss, no reflect force play give you 3trillion or more.
reflect force give 1/3 or so.

I found here has many better players than current tops.
21 trillion at stage 5 says, you can improve 3-5 times if you finish this game, skyline. you can beat violet.of course BBH,too.

All I can say is: What's the point in having such large scoring in a game...... seems pointless to have scores in the trillions other than wasting space with more score pixels!!! ;-)

Very little chance of ties though. :)

To me, the 1 point for everything scoring system Komani used in TMNT (and US versions of The Simpsons and Metamorphic Force) is daft.

Hello Novice,

For the Widerstand's 2nd stage in Gigawing, I am trying to get a multiplier of about 17,900,000, but I can only get about 15,800,000. I would like to know if these numbers are reasonable in order to beat the current record holder:

After the train:
  • Current multiplier: x 8,968,890
  • Multiplier addition: + 1,854
After the mirror:
  • Current multiplier: x 10,610,014
  • Multiplier addition: + 3,627
Before the boss:
  • Current multiplier: x 12,034,337
  • Multiplier addition: + 4,616
After the boss (Time remaining: 01, Boss break: 52%):
  • Current multiplier: x 15,869,337
  • Multiplier addition: + 5,383
  • Score: 6,952,492,818,840
If these descriptions are not clear, I have provided an image:

Do post a link to an inp at some point, it doesn't have to be uploaded to MARP if you're using autofire. It would be a great addition to "the awesome replay thread" ;)

Hehe, I will post INPs of my best performances, Barry. But I think it'll take me a few months to create a record-breaking strategy and a few years to get decent results from it.
