Yes, on arcade you can do it. I often use one key for several buttons and one button to several key. And second point: playing on keyboard sometimes is very hard, collision keys, 2-joy games etc. Using multibuttons isn't nothing wrong.
If we don't allow it then players with keyboards are losing (with me too).

But IMO it would be banned, due it is against the "fair spirit of the game" (is near it... Twingalaxies have the correct word, hehehe).
Only for info, in WINSPIKE game, I seriously though in using the player 2... it have a lot of advantage in the game (I see some input that the player used the 2P and said like "does not exist rules that prohibited it on MARP")... but I think it is not FAIR play.
