Re: Congrats to Phil Lamat....
i dont think its worth applause .
but really i personally was impressed yesterday by his Wizard of words
score that exceeded 1 billion pts.
me thinks perhaps BBH got 100 billion on some title in the past...
congrats Phillip.

that brings me to the point i forgot earlier, namely

Re: Congrats to Phil Lamat....
According to a quick listing I did (search all games, places 1-300, max hits = 1,000,000), there are 47,859 recordings available, totalling 908,800,457,505,589(908.8 trillion) points. So we're 91,199,542,494,411(91.2 trillion) points away from a quadrillion and 2,141 recordings away from 50,000.

The score total isn't quite as impressive when you notice that the scores for gigawing and its clones account for 904,141,718,544,000 points which is 99.49% of the total points.gameboy9 wrote:According to a quick listing I did (search all games, places 1-300, max hits = 1,000,000), there are 47,859 recordings available, totalling 908,800,457,505,589(908.8 trillion) points. I hadn't realize.Cicca wrote:....for breaking the 1000 1st places wall !!!
This said, I will agree a lot are made on non-popular games (gamble, mahjong), others are junk just to say "game is working you can smash my score now" or so that special rules I sometimes add can be seen (especially for recent name changes, where you need to use recent version to play the REAL parent).
But there is also a lot I'm very proud of, like Overtop or Uopoko (I'm working hard on this, I hope to give you someday something close to the WR)
Tar, my first name is Philippe (not Phillip), I'm french

It was actually during K5 that all the things were discovered that allowed the game to be broken wide open...***PL*** wrote:I totally agree about Overtop... BBH & I went back and forth a few times and then you figured out which car and shortcuts to use!! Blew us away...very impressive!!
