Playing back Krol's Arkanoid .inps

There have been a few players having difficulty replaying these. They work fine for me with AlphaMAME32v.70.1., no special settings to note.

Could one of the editors check and note if these ONLY play back with AlphaMAME32, and not AlphaMAME?

or perhaps it is the .1 causing the differences?

There are known timing problems with MAME when using Direct3D. Use -d3d to play this recording back.

interestingly enough, with or with out -d3d it still crashes after the first death on the first level on xp. and with -d3d the game is hsynched incorrectly, about 1/5th of the screen is cut off. will try 98 later.

funny, -d3d is off for me and arknoiuo played back fine.

i'll bet it plays on buttermakers Celeroid. qrs's playsback fine.

I played back his arknoiuo on my P4 yesterday and it worked. CLI without d3d.

just tried 98 and it dies in the same place, i think phil can't play this one back as well.
