I can't even get this to playback properly... that and it runs at a speed that's completely impossible...

Sound or No Sound, dos or win... same result cheats enabled, so says dos ver... oh yeah.. the other little thing...
When a game runs at a speed of 42949333954% ... ones realizes there's SOMETHING going on here... and this is at 60/60 fps....
I'm really disappointed... after all the hype over this game from the polls.. only to end up with this...

Im using 71u2. My error, please try with that as it plays back fine for me.
forgot that i'd updated my mame version, and hope that thats the prob (as my other recording on the clone plays back ok - it's confirmed)
fair play if it still doesnt work, i'll grab 71 again and re-record.
am gonna try myself with
just .71 now, will report

cheats enabled?!!!! actually, i've had a look and the lil check box is indeed checked. unchecked now, will be so on future recordings too.. i thought you meant id (eg) used rlh in the game.

well panicking now tho, considereing ive been pretty outpoken about the whole HS thing
am d/l wolf71 as my existing exe for it doesnt work since getting the u2 version.
i may be many things, but since this is the only game i play apart from tnf and last duel, i wanna make sure its a good inp

it plays back fine for me in either (71) version of wmame.
i dont like being called a cheat, please try whatever weehawk used - fact is, im gonna beat (500K (ONE DAY) heh) i dont want to be branded a cheat before ive had chance to do this... tommi's disbelief at my 'speeds' aside
if al or tjt can watch and verify this inp id be greatful

am d/l wolf71 as my existing exe for it doesnt work since getting the u2 version.
You need to make sure that you have the correct mameplib.dll.
cheats enabled?!!!!
That is a bug in MAME Plus. Record with -nocheat to disable cheats.

Actually it's not a bug, MAME Plus just seems to default to turning cheats on
just edit mame.ini and switch the "cheat" value from 1 to 0

Well I shall give it another shot, but please... I didn't call you a cheat.. not once.. I just mentioned that it said cheats were enabled.. [as now shown to be a bug to which is easily fixed]... never said you did something like the RLH.... but that odd speed did make me wonder wtf was going on...

yeah thats cool.. i overreacted
i just know its a game prone to cheating and dont like it whether it was insinuated or not hehe.,
As it happens i've uploaded another now (with the cheat thing off) - 415k
