Because the inps made in standard mame are useful for mamedevs and wolfmame`s no.

wrong! mamdevs can easily apply a patch to their code to debug wolfmame inps. and i have made a converter even for analogue games. no excuse :)

Kale is a far better connection to MAMEdev than me.
