I scored 197,000 points in score in solo play. Every 10,000 points you score is worth one point toward your total score. This means I scored 19 points in this category, right?

I only scored 16 points. So it makes me wonder... is there a perfect score in Money Puzzle Exchanger? It would be 64 points, because there's four categories. I think such a score would probably be the greatest feat in puzzle video games, because you'll have to get to level 32 or something like that... which is virtually impossible... I've never gotten by level 21... and that mark I think I've done once... my 52 point game. You also have to get a 15 chain at one time... which is a little more possible... but VERY hard to do(I think I have the record of 12...)

BTW... I think 48 is a cursed number... I've gotten that score THREE TIMES this tournament! Grrrr...(I shoulda had a 50 if they gave me 19 points instead of 16...)

hey, I never noticed that the game maxes out at 16 points for the
final point score, but you're right. You could also be very well right
about the highest possible score being 64, but I can't imagine anyone
ever pulling that off.

I've gotten past Level 21, I think I made it to 24 once but my
old 48-point recording (which is about to be overwritten, heh)
gave me *14* points for reaching Level 23. Would this mean that
it might be possible to get 16 points for reaching Level 25? That's
very attainable. This would probably make Max Chain the hardest one to
accomplish (BTW, I've pulled off a 12-chain too, just not on a
recorded game). But what about the total number of chains? My record
is something like 75, but I forgot how many points it awarded me. I
think it gives 1 point for every 5 chains, right?

Lemme see if I got the scoring system correct... going by my highest
saved score on MAME...

Total Points - 52
Score - 184,419 (16)
Level - 23 (14)
Max Chain - 8 (9)
Number of Chain - 75 (13)

If the other values are correct (and I THINK they are), then I only
got 13 points for getting 75 total chains. So how the hell is THAT
calculated?!
