Sam3 and Sam32 same player

not a huge deal--player only submitted on one game... but he should be merged if possible.
I've erased Sam3's entry : it was a 2001 input with leeching (still linked in the special rules box as an example of banned technic), he submitted something better and without leeching 8 years later.
I guess he had forgotten his previous nickname ...
