This may just be the wrong INP. I consistently get 6610 in DOS 0.34b3, 0.34b4 and MAME32 0.34b3 regardless of sound settings. DOS 0.34b2 doesn't want to play nice but another 0.34b2 has played back correctly in 0.34b3 for me, hence the conclusion this may be the wrong INP.
