No specific game, has happened on almost every game I've played recently. Using Win7 64-bit I'm recording through the command line, not the GUI. Pressing F5 (default button is F3+shift) once ends the recording, pressing again resets the game and starts a new recording and gives the message below see...

I like that idea for Bogeyman Manor 4 or 5 was reached during CT8. 4 most likely, I can't recall anyone getting to Manor 5. For progress, maybe a similar rule for each level? For progress you have to move forward slightly as to spawn another red truck, so technically you can't do it forever. However...
