Please respect MARP Special rule:
If you stay in one place long enough time, helicopters start to appear. You are not allowed to leech/shoot down ANY of those.
Some places ingame, helicopters appear without waiting (normally), you are allowed to shoot those.

Tips:
-Send many POW to the helicopter without break to score higher bonuses.

Advancement Requirement:
This is the third qualifying game. You must submit a score for at least 2 of the 3 qualifying games AND place in the top 16 or 30 at the end of the last qualifying round (please read the rules for clarification).

Please note that due to the requirement of playing at least two of the qualifiers to advance, the maximum number of participants is locked at 29, which means only the top 16 players will advance to the next round. (32 was the participation threshold for it to be top 30).

The following players must submit a score for this game to remain in the standings (rankings for earlier games will be adjusted in the event of a retirement):

ATTN: Paulo Valmir

We have noticed an odd issue with your inp files, specifically that there is a notable difference in the duration of your play and reporting done by MAME's backend. We have tested this across all other players, as well as in recordings outside of this tournament, and noticed no such issue outside of your own games.

We have consulted administration and the primary way such a result is known to be produced is from slowing the game down or pausing in a way that MAME cannot detect.

We took a quick look at some of your other INPs to find if it was an issue with your computer, but noticed that certain recordings of yours did not have the issue, such as Street Fighter 2 (and its clones), as well as games you seem to be quite fond of, implying that there is a deliberate action causing the discrepancy.

I do not intend to be accusatory, but in order to maintain fairness in this competition we will require an explanation.
