why is the login showing when I logged in?

Hello I noticed this morning on top it says login by the Index .. I was thinking i was logged out for some reason ..
But no i am still logged in here but it continues to show this.. Never showed this before it always went away .
I noticed when i came into the boards here I had to login in here for some reason .. No idea why this is happening
