Anyone have any luck with this one? For me, using MAME 0.58 (win32 console), it won't playback with sound on or off. Losing your first life at 300 points really doesn't seem right... :)

napels

mamew58 sound on off (dies in same spot running into third enemy on screen)

mame3259 sound off on (44,22,11 speed) sames spot dieing

OK,I've tried this with dmame 37b5,and the game gives the right level(aka the city).Unfortunately it doesn't playback more than 11000 because of core differencies between dmame and mame32.
If anybody would test it with mame32 .37b5 is very appreciated(i don't have that version at the moment)...

Try these settings:
mame32 .37b5
-nosound
frameskip 6
no throttle

It worked to me...

this didn't work a few times, but eventually it just started working and i got it to playback with or with out sound with win37b5. no nvram file is created to remove that i can tell.
