buttermaker can you send me (or post) your mame.ini, i also puzzled why you can get some basketball games to playback and i can't... and tell os and stuff... oh yeah that's three people, 3 can't play it back 2 can play it back (assuming the recorder can) so it gets zereoed untill a 3rd person can play it back or buttermaker lets us know how get go it too.

i presume you have an nvram flat file and the nvram dir didn't recreate itself? dang i have same configuration as that (removed mame.ini, xp pro, and all...) still doesn't work for me. you have amd or intel?

very strange, with xp and 98se he always goest to the top left to get a 10 and then to the middle to get a 5, obviously not a pair :(

Tried it on my second comp (Celery 566, XP). Doesn't work.

ahh there is a pattern, interesting. The cpu i used which is unable to get it to playback is AMD1800 MP. I think i have a P2 lieing around.
