Blood Bros leeching

maximumbob has submitted two recordings that do excessive leeching on Blood Bros. It's essentially a way to earn infinite points on 1-2, by getting enough enemies to appear on one side of the screen where they can't hit you, no more sprites are allowed on the screen and the invincible eagle that comes out to kill you if you spend too much on a level never appears. It takes no skill to rack up the score like this.


So I suggest that any recording that does this should be disqualified. Period.

I agree. It sounds like leeching to me, and that´s not allowed at
marp.

I'll third. I'll also add that american "horshoes" should be banned
on the too easy qualification.

there's a new one in the recent beta suppliment, that hasn't been put
on the list... the old variety of the horeshoe game was *ed.

As a public notice:The aforementioned Blood Bros leeching bug on Stage 1-2 is now
officially a banned technique at MARP. Any recordings using this trick
will be subject to disqualification.
