Should Level Select be allowed in any version of US Game's Brick Break or Brick Break II?

usg's Brick Break Round 2!

I think it would be lame to have a player keep selecting Level 1 over and over just to get a high score, so let's stop it before it starts.

We tried a poll with 3 options, but since none achieved majority, I dropped the lowest ranked item and am redoing the vote with the two remaining options.
