How do you pass the 3rd level on mikie

I can easily get to the third level of mikie but cant figure out how to get the heart out of the jar

To get that heart out of the jar, just go the up-left corner of
the table that contains the heart. Start headbutting and you'lll
be able to free the heart with three hits, just like the ones in
the locker room.
