Achieves 5075 in DOS 0.34b6, 0.34b7 and MAME32 0.34b6. Seems like normal decisions are made & no de-sync oddities - could be a genuine score but wrong INP upload.

agreed, pressing credit at the end of the recording reveals this is a wrong upload, edited and changed score.
