It's working for me, and certainly others. Address hasn't changed.

I keep stumbling on the same problem and have thought multiple times that MARP had finally disappeared. :( However, I realised today that it's because there's no https version of the site. Dream Host mentions https://replay.marpirc.net/ does not exist. Just a FYI. :)

I didn't see this message, but I actually finally set up the site to use SSL this morning. Until recently, Dreamhost didn't make it the easiest (or cheapest). Now they have an easy setup to use Let's Encrypt (which I use for my own sites).
