De-syncs after the first screen (possibly a little later). Definitely doesn't recover after the first death. 12430 in the end in DOS & MAME32 0.34b4 - sound options have no influence.

I get 12430 in win34 and dos34b4, It is also not a wrong upload because the credit button does not work after score is achieved. Need third to zero, but I was considering just doing it anyway with two confirmers.
